Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but  for any reason you wish to return your item(s), please do so within 25 days (14 days for sale items) of receiving your order for a full refund or credit note. Any items that have been personalised cannot be returned.

Darly Bear is a small family run business and we currently don’t supply return labels. Therefore, you will need to organise for the return yourself.

How To Return Items

Please email us at darlybearco@gmail.com prior to return with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure that items are packaged securely.

Returns Disclaimer 

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We also cannot accept any responsibility for any interest charges on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund. Please allow up to 14 working days once we receive your item for the refund to show in your account.
