When Will I Receive My Order

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
First check your spam filter. If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Care.
Do I pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping if you are in the UK on orders £75.00. For more information, including costs, delivery and returns costs, please see our designated Delivery & Returns pages.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You have the right to cancel your order, however if the order has already been dispatched then it is not possible for us to stop the shipment at that point. After the product has been dispatched you will be able to return the product within 25 days of receiving your order in accordance with our Returns Policy.
